Job Description
- Develop game concepts, core mechanics, gameplay loops, features, and progression systems.
- Design levels, game content, difficulty curves, and balancing to create an engaging player experience.
- Create and maintain clear Game Design Documents covering gameplay, systems, levels, balance, and content.
- Research market trends, competitors, player behavior, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
-Evaluate prototypes and existing features, analyze gameplay data, and recommend practical design solutions.
- Collaborate with Developers, Artists, and other Designers to ensure design quality and successful implementation.
Qualifications
- Having passion for games, especially mobile games;
- Have at least 3 years of experience in game design;
- In-depth understanding of psychology and behavior of game players;
- Have experience in game design or evaluation;
- Good understanding of mobile games;
- Understand factors in game design such as Fun factors, User motivation, core loop, progression;
- Good communication skills;
- Experience in optimizing published games based on player behavior and performance data is a plus;
- Skills in English equivalent to IELTS 6.0 is a plus.
